Internal Communication · Employer Branding · Employee Experience · Culture · Engagement — Egypt & the Gulf

We measure what is wrong, plan the fix,
and build it beside your team.

People and culture work across Egypt and the Gulf — evidence before advice, and documented so you can prove it worked.

e& Egypt and Saudi German Hospital Egypt credited us publicly for the work — in their own words.

  • Egypt & the Gulf
  • English & Arabic
  • Behavioral science, AI & gamification
  • Founded 2025 — senior-led
  • Quote-based, no retainer trap

1The problem

The idea is never the hard part.
Proving it deserves the budget is.

Six situations we get called into. If one of them is yours, keep reading.

  • Your target is bigger than your budget.

  • You have to sell it upward before you can start.

  • One programme has to satisfy very different audiences.

  • You want to be first — and you cannot afford to miss.

  • “Where has this worked before?” keeps coming up.

  • People felt the change. You cannot prove it happened.

2The work

Measure. Strategize. Implement.
Document. Transfer.

Five kinds of work, in the order they happen. Your scope decides how many of them you need.

  1. Measure

We find out what is actually happening.

You get: A real baseline — including the uncomfortable parts.

    • Surveys & pulses
    • Culture diagnostics
    • Journey assessments
    • EVP audits
    • Comms quality index
    • Live dashboards
    More on Measure
  2. Strategize

We decide what to do about it, with you.

You get: A costed plan and a sequence you can defend upward.

    • IC strategy sprints
    • EVP strategy sprints
    • Culture roadmaps
    • Values → behaviours
    • Recognition systems
    • Operating models
    • Governance models
    More on Strategize
  3. Implement

We build it and launch it beside your team.

You get: Delivery. Not a deck and a handshake.

    • Campaigns
    • Branding & identity
    • Activations
    • Events
    • Games
    • Applications
    • Digital experiences
    • Physical experiences
    • Onboarding
    More on Implement
  4. Document

We capture what happened and what changed.

You get: A case file your board can read, in English and Arabic.

    • Photo & video
    • Recap decks
    • Impact reports
    • Participation data
    • Internal storytelling
    • Story assets
    More on Document
  5. Transfer

We teach your team to run the next one.

You get: Your own playbook, and no dependency on us.

    • Workshops
    • Leader kits
    • Academies
    • Playbooks
    • Operating rhythms
    • Ideas generators
    More on Transfer
3Where it applies

Five areas.
They only move together.

Fix one while another stays broken and the gain will not hold.

  • IC

    Internal Communication

    Announcements land as rumours first.

  • EE

    Employee Engagement

Scores flat. Action plans piling up.

  • EX

    Employee Experience

    Great strategy. Painful daily reality.

  • Culture

    Culture

Values on the wall. Different rules in the corridor.

  • EB

    Employer Branding

You compete on salary because nothing else stands out.

Five areas, five kinds of work — so any engagement is simply the squares you need. See the full grid.

4What you get

You leave with proof.
Not a deck.

We will not promise you a percentage. We will make the work provable.

  • Traceable

Every recommendation tied to something we measured.

  • Documented

A case file for your board, in English and Arabic.

  • Yours to keep

Your team can run the next one without us.

5The proof

Two clients put our name
on the work themselves.

No borrowed logos. No client numbers restated as ours.

The six things people ask before they call.

What exactly do you guarantee?

The way the work is done — not a percentage. We guarantee that we measure before we advise, that we are present while the work is built, that we tell you when the data is unflattering, and that everything is documented. Any consultancy promising you a specific number on people and culture work is gambling with your credibility, not theirs.

GoldinKollar was founded in 2025 — why work with a newer firm?

You get senior attention without the overhead and rigidity of a legacy consultancy. The work is led by a Head of Research & Strategy with 15+ years in the field, supported by named senior consultants in organizational development, organizational psychology, employee experience and communications. Start with a free consultation and judge the thinking directly before committing to anything.

Our budget is limited. Is there a minimum engagement?

Pricing is quote-based, and scope follows your budget rather than the reverse. In the first conversation we will tell you what can realistically be done at your number — and if the honest answer is that you should wait or do it in-house, we will say so.

Do you really understand the MENA and Gulf context?

MENA is our focus, not a side market. We work across Egypt, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman and Qatar, and we account for local culture, regulation and talent realities instead of importing a Western template.

Can you deliver in Arabic as well as English?

Both. We assess, deliver and communicate in English and Arabic, so surveys, assessments and change communication land naturally with your people.

What happens in the free consultation?

It runs by form, WhatsApp or phone. We spend that session entirely on your situation: what is worth measuring, what we would sequence first, and what it would realistically cost. If you want it in writing afterwards, we send a proposal with clear scope, timeline and investment, with no obligation.

Tell us the situation.
We will tell you what it takes.
