Turning refreshed values into something thousands of people actually live

e& Egypt refreshed its values — Be Customer-Obsessed, Dare to Be Bold, Unite as One — and wanted them lived, not just launched. We built the branding, communication, and launch experience that carried them across the company.

What we did
  • Created the campaign identity that carried the values company-wide — the 'Live the& way' look and language
  • Branded and communicated a large-scale, values-driven team-building programme, delivered with the client’s Culture & DEI team and their facilitation partner
  • Handled the on-the-ground activation experience end to end, from workshops and interactive games to personalized branding
Impact
18 values team-building sessions across 14 departments (reported by e& Egypt’s Culture team)More than 4,000 employees engaged (reported by e& Egypt’s Culture team)Values moving from statement to shared behaviour — in the client’s words, “we don’t just talk about our culture, we live it”

Giving a women’s empowerment program a face and a first day

e& Egypt created She Blooms — a program to help every woman grow with confidence and thrive as her authentic self. We gave it its identity and its launch: the brand, and the experience of the room itself.

What we did
  • Created the She Blooms brand — its identity, look, and language
  • Designed the launch experience end to end: the room, the moment, and the details that carried the meaning
  • Partnered closely with e& Egypt’s Culture & DEI and Internal Communications teams, alongside the panel and workshop partners
Impact
A launch that landed — the CHRO and a founder guest sharing their journeys with a room of womenA brand and format the Culture & DEI team can keep growing — “this is only the beginning”A partnership the client described publicly as “trust, collaboration — not simply a supplier”

“Her Story. Her More.” — employee stories that make the brand feel real

For e& Egypt’s women’s storytelling series, we conducted and produced the interviews behind episodes like “The Overcomer” — real colleagues, real journeys, in their own words.

What we did
  • Conducted and produced a series of first-person employee interviews (#SheIsMore, #Womenateand)
  • Shaped each episode’s narrative so colleagues’ obstacles and strength carried the story

Employee EngagementCulture

Culture moments that keep a workplace human

Beyond the big launch, we help e& Egypt mark the moments that build belonging — like an International Men’s Day appreciation with activities, games, and thoughtful gifts.

What we did
  • Designed and ran an appreciation activation for International Men’s Day
  • Brought the games, space to unwind, and gifting that made it land
Impact
