Application
This assessment takes about 40 minutes. That is deliberate. We are hiring someone to own a client relationship end to end: to read the real problem underneath the stated brief, shape the response, and stay accountable for it until it produces a result someone can measure. A short form does not show us that. Short forms reward whoever is quickest with the answer that sounds right. So we ask for specifics. What you actually did. What you decided on your own. How you read the people around you while you decided it. Most questions here have no obviously correct answer, and a few have no comfortable one. If that is more than you want to give a first-stage application, we understand, and stopping here is a reasonable decision. If it reads like the first employer conversation that has taken your work seriously, you are the person we wrote it for.
Plan for about 40 minutes, in one sitting. There is no timer. No question is timed, and nothing is scored on speed. The length is deliberate: we would rather ask you for forty honest minutes once than move you through four rounds of guessing. Start when you have time to think, not between two meetings.
What we collect, and what happens to it Your answers, the time you took, and the language you chose. Nothing else — we do not track you across the web and we do not buy or sell data about you. What we measure. Four things, and only as they show up in what you write and choose: whether you act before being asked, whether you stay with an outcome after handover, how you resolve situations that have no defined answer, and how you read the politics of a room. This is evidence about your answers, not a psychological profile of you, and it is not a clinical or medical assessment of any kind. Scoring, and who decides. Software calculates two things: how closely your effectiveness ratings track our expert panel's, and which of the four behaviours you lean on most. Software does not decide anything. Every application is read by a person, and your written answers carry more weight than any calculated score. No one is rejected by a computer. Where it is stored, and for how long. Your responses are stored on servers in the United States and kept for twelve months from the day you submit, after which they are deleted. If you are hired, they become part of your employment record instead. Your rights. Write to us at any time to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted — including before we have made a decision. Asking for deletion will end your application, because we would no longer have anything to assess. A note on answering Answers are read for internal consistency, and anything that looks unusual is passed to a person rather than acted on automatically. These checks are not certain, which is exactly why nothing is decided by them. What is certain is the interview. If you reach it, we will take what you wrote here and ask for specifics — what you personally decided, when, and who saw it. Where the account at interview does not match what was written, the application does not continue. So the accurate answer serves you better than the calculated one, including when the accurate answer is not the flattering one. We are not looking for someone without a bad quarter behind them.
